The user is solely responsible for verifying the current local market rates of Gold and Silver, as well as the accurate input of their personal financial data.

Calculating Zakat is a religious duty. While we base our rules on established Islamic jurisprudence (primarily Hanafi Fiqh), MyZakatCalc does not issue religious Fatwas or certified financial advice.
- We are not responsible for any underpayment or overpayment of Zakat resulting from the use of our tool.
- We are not responsible for any discrepancies in income tax calculations or legal wealth declarations based on the output of our calculator.
- If you have complex business structures, we urge you to consult a local Mufti or a certified Chartered Accountant.
4. Live API & Third-Party Services
Our calculator may use third-party APIs (such as GoldBroker) to fetch live spot prices of Gold and Silver. We do not guarantee the 100% uptime, accuracy, or reliability of these external APIs. Users are always advised to manually enter the exact buying/selling rates provided by their local jewelers for maximum accuracy.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. By using this site, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
